Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. No Refunds

To keep prices low and stock moving, we do not offer cash refunds. All sales are final.

2. Exchanges / Swaps Only

We offer one exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. You can swap your sneakers for a different size, colour, or style — subject to stock availability.

3. Conditions for an Exchange

For us to approve your swap, the sneakers must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in the original box with tags attached
• Have no signs of wear, dirt, or damage

4. How to Request a Swap

1. WhatsApp us at +27735321679 within 7 days of delivery
2. Send photos of the item, your reason for the swap, and what you'd like instead
3. We'll confirm stock and send you return instructions
4. Courier costs: you cover return shipping plus the new delivery fee
5. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll dispatch your new pair

5. Cash on Delivery Orders

COD orders are final. No refunds. Swaps are still allowed within 7 days under the same conditions above.

6. Wrong Item or Damaged on Arrival

If we made a mistake or your order arrived damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or video. We'll arrange a free replacement and cover the courier cost.

7. Final Notes

• Exchange requests after 7 days will not be accepted
• Sale items can still be swapped, not refunded
• Stock is limited, so swaps are first-come first-served
