We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
roof of purchase is required

2. Return Deduction
A processing fee of 30% of the original order amount will be deducted from all approved returns. This covers shipping, handling, and restocking costs.
Example: For an order of R1000, you will receive a refund of R700 after the 30% deduction.
Additional shipping costs for the return will also be deducted if applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or altered
Items returned after 7 days

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund minus the 30% deduction will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Exchanges are subject to the same 30% deduction

5. How to Return
