1. Shipping Areas

Delivery is available to specific areas only

Townships are excluded from delivery

Please confirm if your area is serviced before placing an order

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Processing time excludes weekends and public holidays.

3. Delivery Options

Standard Delivery: R50

  Delivery in 3-5 business days. Excludes weekends and public holidays.

Express Delivery: R150

  Overnight delivery. Order must be placed before cutoff time. Excludes weekends and public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

You can use the tracking number to monitor delivery status.

5. Failed Delivery / Excluded Areas

Orders placed to excluded areas including townships will be cancelled.

A refund minus processing fees will be issued if payment was made.
